Ready to STEP FORWARD?

Group coaching is a powerful and fun way to elevate your lifestyle by working with motivated, like-minded people. Join me in my next group coaching experience, Step Forward. This 6-week journey begins Tuesday, June 20, 2017, and will explore four topics:

    1. Sugar addiction & cravings: You’ll learn new ways to relate to food, specifically when it comes to sugar, carbs and fat, starting with:
      • Why the heck you have sugar cravings in the first place
      • Why those cravings feel out of control, and what to do about it
      • How sugar affects the reward centers of our brain
      • I will show you how to kick the sugar habit without giving up sweetness

       

    2. The right protein for your unique body type and the best way to eat it: There are specific types of protein which are the best for your unique body type. When you eat them in the right order throughout the day, you are more energized and avoid over eating.

    3. A holistic approach to sleep:  By taking a look at how our brain operates in regards to sleep, we will dive deep into the different aspects of rest and energy.  If you truly only sleep a few hours a night, the strategies within Step Forward will help you add another 30 – 60 minutes of sleep per night, and will have you feeling more energized throughout the day.

    4. Positive and powerful decision-making to step forward in your life:  I will walk you through how our brain makes decisions, how it keeps us safe, how it allows to dream and aspire.  When you learn how to make positive and powerful decisions, your life will start to unfold and you will set the stage for the next level of success in your life.

What to expect from STEP FORWARD?

During the 6-weeks of Step Forward, you are working directly with me as your coach within the group setting.

You set your goal(s) and each week, and I will share techniques and strategies to implement and follow through on your goals.

During our weekly LIVE sessions via Zoom, you create your own action steps to work on in between sessions to get you closer to your goal.

There will be a private Facebook Group for Step Forward. This is where I’ll post the content, the recorded sessions, and where we’ll support each other, and hold each other accountable during our 6-week journey.

I connect with you via email every week to further support your goal(s) and action steps. I also stretch you to consider ideas to clear your path.

At the halfway point, everyone in the group receives a private 1-on-1 phone session with me to up-level your progress and uncover your turning point.

Our 45 – 60 minute weekly group sessions are hosted LIVE online via Zoom. Each session is recorded then posted immediately to our private Facebook group. It doesn’t matter what your schedule is like or where you live because there is nothing to miss. Each session is available to watch when you’re ready, and everything we’ll be working on is posted in real time on the private Facebook group page.

How Can You Participate in STEP FORWARD?

To participate in Step Forward, you simply sign up, and we will send you the Group Agreement and investment information. Your investment can be paid either through Venmo (phone app – @tiffanyhouser ), or through PayPal.

Once we receive your signed agreement along with your investment, you will receive the Step Forward Welcome Kit which includes how to prepare for the first session happening on Tuesday, June 20th at 6:00p EST. Remember, it doesn’t matter what your schedule is like or where you live, each session is recorded and immediately available after the live sessions. You will also receive the invitation to the private group page on Facebook.
